PhD Thesis Monitoring Procedures

• PhD Thesis Meetings are held twice a year between January and June, and July and December,
• A PhD Progress Report is to prepared by the student, and to be sent to the committee members by the student as instructed (two weeks before the meeting),
• A PhD Thesis Monitoring Committee Report Form is to be prepared by the advisor and to be checked by the GSE,
• The Form to be sent to the GSE (in two weeks after the meeting), and to be checked by the GSE,
• A Post Meeting Progress report is to be prepared by the advisor, and to be sent to the GSE (in two weeks after the meeting)
• The post meeting progress report prepared by the advisor(s) about each individual student to be put into each student's file by the GSE.
• Each recording of the meeting (if conducted online) to be sent to gsebilkent@gmail.com
• Outcomes of the meetings to be entered to GRASS in two weeks after the completion of each period (i.e. Jan-Jun, and July-Aug)
